Tor Billgren reflekterar i dagens essä över denna bokutgivning utifrån en avhandling om förlaget, men också Cavefors samarbeten med olika konstnärer. |
 För fyra år sedan visade Moderna Museet i Malmö konstnären Lena Mattssons videotriptyk I betraktarens öga. På vernissagen var verkets huvudrollsinnehavare Bo Cavefors på plats och publikintresset var överväldigande. Ursprungligen gjordes verket till en utställning i Borås med rockmusik som tema. Men Cavefors är ingen rockstjärna. In Moderna Museet Malmö’s New gallery, the visitor can see the publisher Bo Cavefors tell about his life to the tunes of contemporary music by Conny C-A Malmqvist. The artist and curator Ola Åstrand holds the role as observer and in his dark sunglasses, Cavefors is reflected. The installation has been described as “courageous” and “well executed” and the exhibitions goes on all week. |
